全球知名的私募投资公司喜达屋资本（Starwood Capital Group）今天宣布其子公司 Starwood Global Opportunity Fund X 已经出售了其拥有的一系列位于西班牙的酒店股份。这些酒店是喜达屋资本与西班牙知名酒店运营商 Melia Hotels International合资成立，Melia 所持股份不变。
出售的酒店包括四家闻名远近的滨海酒店（共有 2070间客房），分别是位于马拉加的 Sol Principe，以及位于马洛卡的 Sol Lanzarote、Sol House Ibiza 和 Sol Palmanova。

客栈就在木府附近，一路闲逛可到四方街，晚上客栈环境还是挺安静的，客栈院子很有特色，花草很多，白天太阳充足，随便坐坐晒的很舒服。老板很热情，推荐的地方和门票挺实惠的。整体都很好，好评！

Bien situe dans la vieille ville, ideal pour les couples. La cour interieure est verdoyante. Endroit calme et agreable. chambre spacieuse avec coin salon. Good location in the old town. a good place for the lovers. quiet ... the room is big, with a place for a sofa and a large table.
